You can either choose an existing design or customize it with your colours, fonts and paper, or you can work with our designer to create something wonderfully unique and personal.

After the initial meeting, most communication will be done through email and phone.  You will receive your colour PDF proofs for your approval; creation of your invitation order typically takes between 4-6 weeks, and cannot begin until we have your approval.  Additional meetings can be scheduled, if needed, to verify colours and paper options.

Paper and Envelopes:
Signature Paper Design offers 3 standard paper options in white or natural white:

• Matte
• Linen
• Shimmery

Custom options are available.

For invitation reorders, it takes about two and half weeks.

We accept orders in increments of 5 with a minimum order of 30 invitations. For reorders, there is a minimum order quantity of 25 invitations
For menus, there is a minimum order quantity of 25. Favour boxes and tags Minimum of 25

For Wedding invitations, we recommend starting this creative process 4-6 months before your big day, however, rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee.
For events such as birthdays, showers and corporate events, we suggest starting 1-2 months prior to the day.


To make sure your order is printed according to your vision, a proof will be sent to you via email.  At this time you will also receive an approval form.  Be sure to read all the information carefully as once you sign off, you will be responsible for any errors.

50% deposit is required to start your invitation. Balance due by the time of delivery. All sales are final.
